The Conspit CPP EVO 2 V2 is the two-pedal version: throttle and brake, no clutch. It is the set to buy if you race GT, formula or anything else with paddle shift, where a clutch pedal spends the whole stint doing nothing but taking up footwell width. Losing it also buys you room to spread the two pedals you do use.

Both are the second-generation revision of a hydraulic pedal set that already set the benchmark at its price. They keep the dual-stage hydraulic brake, the full CNC aluminium build and the M-DVF haptics, and re-engineer the parts inside the hydraulic circuit that decide how the brake feels after a season of use.

Both generations stay in our range while stock lasts, so if you are choosing between them the CPP EVO V1 2 Pedal Set remains a genuinely good buy. What follows is exactly what the V2 changes, and what carries over.

Do you actually need the clutch?

Almost every modern GT, formula and prototype car in iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Le Mans Ultimate shifts on paddles. In those cars a clutch pedal is dead weight in the footwell. The two-pedal EVO gives you the same brake and the same throttle with more room to place them, and it costs less than the three.

If you think you will want a clutch later, take the three-pedal CPP EVO 3 V2 now. The clutch is not a bolt-on afterwards.

An evolutionary leap

The CPP EVO, rebuilt where it counts

The CPP series has set the hydraulic pedal benchmark for years. V2 does not restyle it, it re-engineers the parts you actually feel through the brake: the piston, the seals, the push-rod guides and the tuning kit.

V1 and V2, side by side

What the V2 revision changes

Both generations stay in our range. The V1 is the same well-proven hydraulic pedal set it has always been, and nothing here replaces it. The V2 revises three parts inside the hydraulic circuit and widens the tuning kit around them; everything else carries over unchanged.

V1Aluminium pistonV2Chrome-plated 45-steel

A harder piston, a cleaner brake

Chrome plating lifts surface hardness and wear resistance, so the piston holds its shape instead of deforming over a season. Less friction means a more refined brake feel and a longer service life.

Straighter travel on throttle and clutch

A longer bushing holds the push rod in better axial alignment, so the pedal travels smoothly and consistently instead of picking up the slight side-load slop a short rubber ring allows.

A wider window to tune into

Die springs give a highly linear stiffness; the elastomers give a progressive one. Mixing them sharpens the dual-stage feel and lets you dial the bite to your own braking style.

Weighing them up? The CPP EVO V1 2 Pedal Set is still in stock, still supported, and shares the same pedal box, adjustment range, haptics and software as the V2. Prefer 3 pedals? See the CPP EVO 3 V2 three-pedal set.

Hollow-milled arms, anodised hardware and a sealed reservoir kept as a design element. It reads like race hardware because it is machined like it.

Feedback and software

Information you can feel, settings you can save

Conspit CPP EVO 2 V2 M-DVF vibration feedback module fitted to the pedal arms

M-DVF vibration module, fitted as standard

Sim racing loses the information a real car sends up through the pedal box. The M-DVF module puts it back, so lock-up, ABS and traction events arrive under your foot instead of only on screen.

  • Fitted to the pedals as standard, not sold as an add-on
  • Native iRacing support plus SimHub ShakeIt Motors
  • Per-event tuning in SimHub for surface, slip and lock-up

Conspit Link 2.0

Calibrate, curve and cap every axis in one window, then save it. Presets travel with you between cars and titles rather than being re-dialled every session.

  • Custom mapping curves per pedal
  • Brake input limits, so 100 percent lands where you want it
  • Live input monitor for setting the bite point
Fitting and connections

Frequently asked questions

What is the Conspit CPP EVO 2 V2?
It is the second-generation revision of Conspit's CPP EVO hydraulic sim racing pedals, in the two-pedal configuration with throttle and brake. The pedal box, adjustment range, haptics and software carry over from the V1; the V2 revises three parts inside the hydraulic circuit and widens the brake tuning kit.
What is actually different between the CPP EVO V1 and V2?
Three hardware changes plus a wider tuning kit. The brake piston moves from aluminium to chrome-plated 45-steel; the single polyurethane seal is replaced by a dual Step-Seal using an O-ring and a PTFE sliding ring rated to 400 bar; and the throttle and clutch push-rod guides move from an NBR rubber ring to an extended PTFE bushing. The V2 also ships with a wider spring and elastomer set for tuning brake feel.
Is the V1 still available?
Yes. We are selling both generations while V1 stock lasts. The CPP EVO V1 2 pedal set is the same well-proven pedal box and is still fully supported. The V2 is the newer revision of the internals.
Should I buy the V1 or the V2?
If you are price-led and want a proven hydraulic pedal set, the V1 is still an excellent buy. If you brake hard and often, trail brake a lot, or want the widest tuning range out of the box, the V2's lower-friction seal and harder piston are the ones you will feel over a long stint.
How much brake force does it take?
The hydraulic sensor is rated to 20 MPa, which works out to roughly 200 kg of pedal force at the top of its range. In practice you set your own maximum in Conspit Link 2.0 so that 100 percent in game arrives where your leg naturally tops out.
Is the brake load cell or hydraulic?
Hydraulic. The CPP EVO uses a dual-stage hydraulic cylinder rather than a load cell, so the pedal has a genuine two-stage build in pressure. The front and rear stage preload adjust independently.
Can I change how hard the brake is?
Yes, in several ways: four stepped levels of pedal force, independent front and rear stage preload, and swapping between the supplied die springs and elastomers. The die springs give a linear build, the elastomers a progressive one, and mixing them is how you dial in the bite.
What can I adjust on the throttle?
The throttle has four stepped pedal-force levels, with travel and spring preload controlled independently of each other.
Can I move the pedals to suit my legs?
Yes. Pedal spacing, pedal face angle, panel height and footrest position all adjust, so the pedal box comes to your seating position rather than the other way round.
Does it have vibration or haptic feedback?
Yes, the M-DVF vibration module is fitted as standard rather than sold as an add-on. It has native iRacing support and works with SimHub ShakeIt Motors, so lock-up, ABS and surface events arrive under your foot.
Does it work with SimHub?
Yes. Conspit works with SimHub directly and the CPP EVO rumble module supports SimHub ShakeIt Motors, so you can tune each effect per car and per condition.
What software does it use?
Conspit Link 2.0 on Windows. It handles calibration, custom mapping curves per pedal, brake input limits, a live input monitor for setting the bite point, and launch control timing. Presets save and travel with you between cars and titles.
What rigs will it bolt to?
It mounts directly to Conspit GT-Lite, FP-Lite and GT-S rigs, and to any aluminium-profile cockpit through the mounting holes in the base. Most standard sim racing pedal plates will take it. If you are unsure about your rig, send us a message and we will check it for you.
How does it connect?
Over USB directly to a PC, or with the supplied USB-C cable into the back of a Conspit Ares wheel base so the whole rig runs on one connection to the computer.
Do I need a Conspit wheel base to use these pedals?
No. They connect straight to a PC over USB and work with any wheel base. Running them into an Ares wheel base is a convenience, not a requirement.
Will it work with a Simagic, MOZA, Fanatec, Simucube or Heusinkveld setup?
Yes for the wheel base side. The pedals are a separate USB device on PC, so they work alongside a Simagic, MOZA, Fanatec or Simucube wheel base without any special configuration. They are a direct alternative to a Heusinkveld pedal set rather than something you would run with one.
Does it work on PlayStation or Xbox?
No. The CPP EVO is a PC product. There is no console licensing chip in the pedals.
What is in the box?
The two-pedal pedal set assembled on its baseplate, the brake tuning kit of die springs and elastomers, the USB cable, a USB-C to USB-C cable for connecting to an Ares base, mounting hardware and the printed guide.
What warranty do I get?
A full 12 month manufacturer warranty. As the authorised Australian distributor for Conspit we handle warranty and support locally from Queensland, so you are not shipping a unit overseas if something goes wrong.
How long does delivery take?
Free shipping Australia wide, sent from Queensland. Metro areas are usually two to four business days once dispatched. If you need it by a specific date, call us before ordering and we will confirm.
Can I add a clutch pedal to the two-pedal set later?
Conspit sells a CPP EVO clutch pedal separately, but the two-pedal baseplate is not drilled for it, so retro-fitting is not a clean job. If you think you will want a clutch, buy the three-pedal set now.
Is the brake the same on the two-pedal and three-pedal sets?
Identical. Same dual-stage hydraulic cylinder, same 20 MPa sensor, same 200 kg ceiling and the same tuning kit. You lose nothing on braking by taking the two-pedal set.
Will the two-pedal set give me more footwell room?
Yes, noticeably. The baseplate is the same width but with only two pedals on it you can spread them further apart, which suits wide feet, large boots and anyone sitting in a tight formula position.
