1. Where are you and where do you ship from?
We're based in Qld on the Sunshine Coast, but we ship from different locations in Australia, direct from our suppliers and manufacturer locations wherever we can to cut down on freight costs and ensure you get the best possible prices and receive your gear as fast as possible.
2. Do I have to pay for shipping? If so, how much?
We try our best to offer free shipping wherever we can and on as many products as we can. Where we are unable to offer free shipping we use a range of different trusted couriers to get you the best rates possible. We're always working hard to bring down shipping costs.
3. Are you an authorised dealer?
Absolutely. We only stock and sell products we know well from suppliers and vendors we trust.
4. Can I pick up my order?
We are an online store only at this stage and do not have the logistics facilities to enable store pickups. But if you are on the coast and would like to organise special pick up, give us a call and we'll be happy to arrange it.
5. Can I come visit your store?
Sadly no. We're an online only retailer at the moment... We do have big plans though, so if that should change, we'll let everyone know in lots of time.
6. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a range of carriers for different products depending on locations. All our carriers are tried, tested and trusted by us to carry your precious sim gear. We take safe deliveries very seriously.
7. How do Manufacturer Warranties work?
All the items we stock carry a Manufacturers Warranty. Most items include a 12 month or longer warranty.
To check the warranty details for a specific product, just click the 'warranty' tab on the product page.
8. Whats your return policy?
Check it out here
9. Are your shipping rates accurate?
We expect that all of the shipping rates you see at checkout will be accurate. In the rare event that after you place an order, we find an error with the rates, or the rates change significantly before we dispatch your order, we will contact you to arrange either an alternate solution or a full refund.
10. Are your stock levels accurate?
We do our absolute best to ensure that if our site says a product is in stock, then that means we have it available either on our shelves or at our suppliers. Mistakes do happen though and stock can move quickly especially at busy periods. In the event you order a product that goes out of stock between you placing the order and us fulfilling it, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or a replacement product.
11. I'm looking for a specific type of gear that you don't stock, what's up with that?
Good point! If there is sim gear you are looking for us to stock, let us know. We're always looking for new vendor partners and especially new gear that we can bring to the Australian market for the first time.
